Informatii despre World Magic Cup Qualifiers Romania 2012.
Wizards a modificat 'premier event policy' astfel incat in 2012 vom avea un structura noua in ce priveste turneele pt world cup.
Magic World Cup este un turneu de 3 zile, doar pe echipe, care vor fi constituite din 3 persone care au castiga Magic World Cup Qualifier si jucatorul #1 din tara respectiva (deci echipa de 4 oameni). Jucatorul #1 va fi ales pe baza punctelor (pro-points) din 13 iunie 2011 pana pe 13 may 2012.
Magic World Cum va avea loc la GenCon, Indianpolis, US in perioada 16-19 August 2012.
Magic World CUp Qualifiers vor fi in numar de 3, si vor fi in perioada 21 aprilie - 9 iunie.
Participarea este pe baza de rating, care se ia din 26 Decembrie 2011 pana pe 1 Aprilie 2012. Pentru anii urmatori, se va cosidera performanta anuala a fiecarui player. Jucatorii terbuei sa fie rezidenti in Romania de la 1 ianuarie 2012.
Minimul de puncte necesar pentru a fi invitat la Magic World CUp Qualifier este de 50.
Jucatorii care castiga unul dintre aceste evenimente, nu vor putea sa participe in altul, sau pentru o alta tara.
Astfel, pe scurt:
- GameStop va organiza 3 turnee MWC Qualifier in perioada 21 Aprilie 2012 - 9 Iunie 2012.
- Sunt invite only, invitatia fiind pe baza de PWP (Planeswalker points) acumulate in perioada 26 Decembrie 2011 - 1 Aprilie 2012.
- Minimul de puncte necesar este de 50.
- Se iau in considerare punctele de la turneele non-casual.
- Jucatorii terbuei sa fie rezidenti in RO de al 1 Ianuarie.
- Turneele vor fi Competitive, si va exista judging.
Vor fi anuntate datele turneelor, precum si detaliile (format, runde, taxa de participare, staff, locatie,premii) ulterior.

Cum structura de multiplicare la FNM s-a schimbat va terbui sa veniti la un numar de turnee. Asadar Happy grinding.
Nota: Siteul de PWP este momentan in refacere, astfel ca punctele aratate astazi (nr 5.ian) pot sa nu fie cele reale.
Totodata aceste turnee nu au nici o legatura cu Nationalele RO, ele vor fi tinute in vara, pentru a desemna cel mai bun player din RO.

INVITATION CRITERIA
Each national team invited to the 2012 World Magic Cup will consist of the following players:
• The winner of each of the three (3) 2012 World Magic Cup Qualifiers run in that country.
• The top ranked player at the conclusion of the 2011-2012 Professional Points Season from that country. If two or more players are tied, ties will be broken as follows:
o The tied player with the greatest number of Pro Tour Top 8 finishes during the 2011-2012 Professional Points Season, or
o The tied player with the greatest number of Grand Prix Top 8 finishes during the 2011-2012 Professional Points Season, or
o The tied player with the highest Pro Tour finish during the 2011-2012 Professional Points Season, or
o The tied player with the highest point total at the conclusion of the 2012 Seasonal Award Season #1.
INVITATION PASS-DOWNS
In the event that the winner of a particular World Magic Cup Qualifier cannot attend the World Magic Cup, that player’s invitation will be award to the next highest finishing player from that World Magic Cup Qualifier.
In the event that the top ranked player at the conclusion of the 2011-2012 Professional Points Season from that country cannot attend the World Magic Cup, that player’s invitation will be award to the next highest ranked player at the conclusion of the 2011-2012 Professional Points Season from that country.
Each national team invited to the 2012 World Magic Cup will consist of the following players:
